Hi Garry,

Once again, thank you so much for today. I learnt a lot and left with what I believe to be some new and very important knowledge.

You and your work are inspirational, especially  to an amateur like myself.

I am immensely interested in the next course as well as participating  one of your  wedding photography workshops.

As requested, I have attached my  top three  shots of the day (ugh, it was so difficult to choose my three favourites!). Unfortunately as I was unable to get a good motion shot, there is not an image from this category.

Your input and critique  are greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Erin.

Hi Garry,

Here are my three photos. I didn't manage to get a movement shot, so I threw in an extra portrait. The shot of the Roxy looks really great in black and white with a little contrast. I posted it here...
The photos are attached.

Thanks heaps for a great workshop!

Hi Garry,

Firstly, I would like to thank you for the course we had yesterday.   It surprised me how much I actually learnt and I am now excited about experimenting and taking photos!

I have actually included 4 photos which I believe were my best shots.   I can see faults with them but I am still really pleased with them.   I was just getting the hang of it all when we had to finish (after you set my
camera correctly!!)

The flowers were taken outside the Soldiers Club and just shows that I understood depth of field, and the close up of the monument has a lens distortion, but I still like it.

I am really looking forward to your next course and I hope it is not too far away!!

Regards,

Elizabeth Mahy-Bailey

Hey Garry,

Mum posted up an article from the Area News which featured you talking about “Change of Pace”. I read the article with interest and thinking of those days in the late 70s early 80s. I learnt a lot from you and I’m sure you will have great success in this new venture, your students will acquire excellent photographic skills. Congratulations, hope all is well with family, say Hi to Mary.
